Something that always helps when I'm feeling anxious and worried and don't know what to do is pray salat istekhara إستخارة. It helps sort of ease my fears if they're unfounded or show me that what I'm doing is the wrong thing and to change course. It has worked for me so many times. Maybe try that?

yes, good idea. I always do estikhara for things related to my relationships and such and then I slack on it for things like this. good reminder thank you x
