I’ve never watched Riverdale but I’ve seen youtube vids that post meme clips from it and I can’t get over:

- the shitty writing (sounds like a 50yo man wrote this teen-aged show but tried to make it sound like a book you’d read in literature class) and clearly the writers don’t know what actual teens are like

- the crappy acting

- the ugly ass outfits

- the bad cinematography

- the actors that look at least 25 but are acting 15

- the sexualization of teens by casting older actors

but I love watching the clips that roast it bc like it seems so horrible??? how is it so famous (is it better than the meme clips? im curious)
